Label Me Grateful for Amy’s Inkin Krew Team Blog Hop

Its time for another Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  This month we are creating projects with a “Fall Frenzy” theme! Being a summer loving girl, I am not ready to start thinking about fall. I know I am probably different from most, but I prefer the long hot summer days and being outside. Maybe being close to the ocean has something to do with that! Although, I will admit there are a few things I do like about fall. I love the festivities and gatherings with friends, so in that spirit, I am happy to show my Fall Frenzy card:

This card is made with the Label Me Grateful Bundle. The cardbase is Cajun Craze. The next panel is Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper cut at 5-1/4 x 4″. Before adhering the DSP to the cardbase, I added some Mossy Meadow & Gold Ribbon across the the center of the panel and adhered the ribbon behind the panel. I stamped the sentiment “You are so appreciated” in Cajun Craze ink onto Basic Beige cardstock. Then I cut it out with the big label die in the bundle. I used the leaves and flower dies to cut out Mossy Meadow and Old Olive leaves and Cajun Craze flowers. The Old Olive leaves were adhered onto the back of the sentiment label and the Mossy Meadow leaves and Cajun Craze flowers were adhered to the front of the sentiment label. The last step for the front of the card was to add some gold Flower Accent Embellishments.

For the inside of the card, I used a Basic Beige panel decorated with a strip of the same Designer Series Paper, Timeless Plaid. I added the sentiment “Thank You” in Cajun Craze ink.

Even though I am not quite ready for fall and hanging on to these last days of summer, I am excited about all the holiday crafting around the corner.
