March Stamp Camp

Spring is one of my favorite seasons! To me, it means the end of the cold weather and the start of the trees and flowers blooming. Here in South Carolina, that starts in March! So these cards are definitely inspired by the spring like feel here.

We started with the simplest card. The beautiful designer series paper does the work of making this card stand out with its beautiful colors and florals. We also used the coordinating ribbon for a little flair. That is definitely one of my favorite things about Stampin’ Up!; they offer so many products that coordinate well together.

I love this new butterfly set from Stampin’ Up! It includes a hybrid embossing folder where you can both cut and emboss or one or the other. This card has a little bit of both. The center of the buttefly body was painted with Wink of Stella for a little extra sparkle.

The Storybook Friends is just one of my favorites suites. The animals and the garden designs are adorable! This card incorporated the designer series paper and coloring with Stampin Blends. Again, the coordinating ribbon gives it a little extra.

The yellow floral theme in this card remind me of the first blooms of spring! I always love seeing those first flowers peeping up after a cold winter! We had fun putting together the 3D flowers on this card. Wink of Stella was used again to make the center of the flowers pops with a little sparkle.
