Greenery Lane Wishing You Well Card for Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Happy New Year!! Hope you’ve had good 2025 and wishing you all the best for 2026! I am excited to start the New Year with a blog hop! Today we have a sketch challenge.

For my card, I used the new Greenery Lane Bundle from the new Jan-April2026 Mini Catalog. This will be available for you to order on Jan 6th! I love this bundle, especially the washi tape that coordinates with it! Here is my card:

To make this card, I used Lost Lagoon cardstock for the cardbase. It was cut at 4-1/4 x11″ and scored at 5-1/2″. The next panel is a Brights Designer Series Paper (DSP) in Garden Green. It was cut at 2 x 5-1/4″ and glued on to the left side of the card. Next I adhered the Greenery Lane Washi Tape to a panel of Basic White cardstock. Then I cut that down to 3-1/2 x 4-3/4″. I glued that on as well, slightly off centering it to the right. The sentiment panel is Lost Lagoon cardstock cut at 4 x 1″. I used the sentiment “Wishing You Well” from the Greenery Lane stamp set. I inked it with Versamark ink, stamped it, added white embossing powder and heat set it. This panel was adhered with dimensionals. For the leaves behind the sentiment, I used the Brights and the Subtles Designer Series Paper, using the same pattern as the first panel, in Garden Green and Lost Lagoon. I stamped the larger leaf image in Garden Green ink onto the Garden Green DSP. I stamped the smaller leaf image in Lost Lagoon ink onto the Lost Lagoon DSP. Both were cut out with the corresponding dies from the Greenery Lane Dies. I glued the larger green leaf behind the sentiment and then I used dimensionals to adhered the smaller Lost Lagoon leaf. The final step was to add a small white bow from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack.

For the inside, I added a small strip of Basic White covered with the Greenery Lane Washi Tape to a panel of Basic White. Then I inked the sentiment “Love and Hugs” from the Greenery Lane stamp set in Lost Lagoon and stamped in the center. To the right of it, I stamped a small leaf image from the same stamp set in Garden Green ink, stamped off.

I love these blue and green colors together. Im really happy to have made this card for my first card in 2026. I like this sentiment, “Wishing You Well” since it can be used for more than a get-well card.
